Q: How do I GET MY ACCOUNT VERIFIED?
A: When you sign up for your account, provide as much of the requested information as you can. This will increase the chances of your account being verified. Some of the best ways to get your account verified are:
- Providing an official business email like email@example.com, if you work in a corporate setting
- Providing your certificate of business registration and a valid government ID, if you work in a small to medium business
Q: How do I get my earnings if I want to cash out?
A: Simply email your bank account details to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make the deposit within 1 week. We will also notify you via email once the deposit has been made. Note that we charge a standard 20% fee for every succesful reply / transaction on Reach. This will be reflected accordingly in your credits.
Q: What are credits and is there a conversion rate?
A: Credits are simply the dollars that are earned and spent on Reach. We store these dollars in your account, which is why we call them credits. Credits are as good as cash on our website and can be used to reach out to other users, make a donation, or simply transferred to your bank account of choice.
Q: how do i get more people to send me messages?
A: Many things can affect the number of messages you receive. If you want to start receiving more messages, you can:
- Add more information to your profile's about section so that your profile appears in more searches
- If you haven't already, displaying your LinkedIn Profile could help as well
- Consider lowering the price you charge per reply if other users with similar profiles are charging much less

Q: Isn't this like bribery? My employment contract says I'm not allowed to make money outside of my salary.
A: Reach allows you to earn simply by replying to emails. You are never forced, required, or expected to agree to any message or proposal. If you read the email and are not interested, simply reply that you are not interested and tell them why—you'll still get paid for giving honest feedback.
Q: I didn't get a reply yet. Why am I already being charged?
A: We require every user to deposit payment before sending their message. The payment is held in an escrow account until the recipient replies or the message expires (7 days from the date that the message is sent). If the recipient does not reply, we will refund your payment in full.
Q: How do i undo or edit a message after it is sent?
A: If you would like to edit your message or undo your transaction, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you. However, if the message has already been processed then we will not be able to assist you anymore.
Q: Do I have to donate my earnings?
A: No, you don't. You have complete power to choose what you want to do with your earnings—use them on the platform, donate to a charity, or cash out any time.
Q: Can I apply for a full-time job at REACH?
